Dr. Ronald M. Reuss, 76, of Tonawanda, died Wednesday, November 4, 2009 in Millard Fillmore Gates Circle. Dr. Reuss was born January 29, 1933 in Holland, NY, the son of George and Viola Reuss. He spent his youth in the Holland and Arcade area.
He was employed as a professor of Anatomy and Physiology at Niagara County Community College prior to working at Buffalo State College for the past 35 years.
He is survived by his wife Carol A. (Clifton) Reuss, his children, Alan (Diana) Reuss of Chicago, IL, Dr. Karen L. (Carl) Reuss Ritter of San Juan Capistrano, CA, William P. (Melanie) Ball II of Fishers, IN and David M. Ball of Tonawanda, and two grandchildren, Ashley Reuss and Tyler Favorite. He was the brother of the late Robert Reuss.
The family will receive friends from 4 to 7p.m. Friday in the LANE FUNERAL HOME, INC., 8622 Buffalo Avenue where funeral services will be held Saturday at 11a.m. Interment will be held at the convenience of the family.
