Gregory Rudolph, the Wyoming County Sheriff, is recovering after suffering minor injuries during a roadside altercation, Tuesday morning.
According to the New York State Police, Sheriff Rudolph was involved in some type of incident with another man along a road in Attica.
The man is in custody and an investigation is ongoing. Sheriff Rudolph is expected to be ok. More information on the case is expected to be released late Tuesday.
