Erie County Sheriff's deputies say the blood alcohol content of a woman driving the wrong way on the 219 Sunday was more than twice the legal limit.
Investigators say Jessica Schwarztrauber, 24 of Buffalo, was heading northbound in the southbound lanes around 2:50 a.m. when she nearly hit an oncoming vehicle near the Newton Road overpass.
Schwarztrauber is charged with misdemeanor DWI and reckless driving.
