A Tonawanda woman is facing charges after police say she stole jewelry, including rings, from a relative.

Police say 25-year-old Christina McConnell took jewelry worth $1,900 and pawned the items for cash.  McConnell told police she stole the items in early May to support her pill addiction.

McConnell was charged with Grand Larceny.  Police say they're working to recover all the stolen property from various pawn shops.
