Firefighters and repair crews were called to the scene of an overnight water main break on Elmwood Avenue.
Repair crews say the line broke underneath the sidewalk, but that there have been no reported water outages, or loss of water pressure.
The break flooded the sidewalk and street between Penhurst Park, and the Albright-Knox Art Gallery.
Due to the break, the Albright-Knox will be closed until 1 p.m. Tuesday.
