Water at Olcott Beach is safe for swimming

Olcott Beach is reopened after testing on Thursday showed the water was unsafe for swimming.
The Niagara County Department of Health says the water is no longer harmful to recreational swimmers.
The DOH will continue to monitor the water and notify the public of any changes in its quality.
