Chautauqua County, NY (WKBW) - The man accused of killing a school superintendent in Chautauqua County is expected to be in court on Monday.
Anthony Taglianetti of Virginia has been sitting in jail in Western New York. He is accused of second degree murder in the September shooting of Keith Reed.
Reed served as the Superintendent of the Clymer Central School District.
In December, Taglianetti plead not guilty to the murder charge.
Neighbors say Taglianetti traveled from Virginia to Clymer to kill Reed after finding out his wife planned to leave him for Reed.
A pre-trial hearing is scheduled for Monday.
