The State Liquor Authority is ordering the immediate shutdown of Social Nightclub located on Franklin Street near the Chippewa Strip.
Buffalo Police made the request following a New Year's day shooting. Nineteen year old Horace Miller was attacked after police say a fight inside Social Nightclub spilled out on the street.
The suspected gunman, 21 year-old Chemere Barclay of Buffalo was taking into custody moments later.
The state is cracking down on Social for having those under the age of 21 inside its alcohol-serving establishment.
