Buffalo- President Obama flew into the Buffalo-Niagara International Airport on Airforce One and was then on his way to UB where he made a speech detailing issues on higher education.
The plane touched down at around 10:30 this morning.
This is the fourth time in the last 15-years that a sitting president has flown into the Buffalo Niagara Airport.
The NFTA director of public affairs says crews at the airport, at this point are pretty used to the drill.
Officials say that security wise., they know what they are doing. They mention they know its important to work hand in hand with the secret service and all the other law enforcement agencies to make it a successful trip for the president.
Other than arrival and departure delays, airport officials say it's business as usual for everyday passengers.
The secret service and airport staff set up a meet and greet area for Governor Cuomo and Buffalo Mayor Brown.
