ORCHARD PARK, N.Y. (WKBW) The Fred Astaire Dance Studio in Orchard Park has a unique, award-winning student.
She is 88-year old Miriam Winokur who just took up competitive dancing in the last couple years.
"Your body is your vehicle and like any vehicle, if you don't use it, the battery dies and it rusts," says Winokur.
The super-senior is now perfecting a professionally choreographed dance routine that she will perform in a show at the Buffalo Marriott Niagara Hotel on March 30th and at a dance competition in Toronto in April.
