The University at Buffalo men's and women's teams are still cooling down off their hot seasons, but the players are back on the court again. This time for a different reason.
The school's athletic department hosted its basketball 101 event Tuesday at Alumni Arena. This is a day long clinic for students featuring coaches and players, giving the teams a chance to build a relationship with the community, and teach kids how basketball can be used as a tool for success.
Students at Westminster Community Charter School and Highgate Heights Elementary took part this year.
