A local family grew by one Tuesday afternoon, when they adopted the little boy they've been fostering for the past two years.
Al and Jill Wall officially adopted Terrell, who has been in their care since he was a newborn. The Walls are no strangers to the fostering and adoption process. They have fostered 16 children over the years, and they found out they would be Terrell's foster parents the day after they adopted their four-year-old daughter.
The parents are the only family Terrell has ever known. The ceremony in Family Court made it official.
