A Cheektowaga man was charged after kicking in a door and threatening a man with an aluminum baseball bat.
City of Tonawanda Police say Ian Arnitz, 29, was charged with menacing, criminal mischief and criminal possession of a weapon.
Police say Arnitz broke the door frame when he kicked in the door and began swinging a bat at a man inside the house.
In defense, the other man pointed a pellet pistol at Arnitz, according to police.
Officers say the dispute was involving a woman.
Arnitz was held on $500 bail.
