Two people are dead after a helicopter crash in northern Pennsylvania.
The crash happened Sunday afternoon on East Valley Road.
Pennsylvania State Police say three people were on board the helicopter. That third person was taken to an Erie hospital.
Police believe the helicopter was hovering next to a power line. Workers were tethered to the chopper and were doing maintenance work.
The FAA and the NTSB are investigating.
No other information was available after the crash.
