7 Eyewitness News' exclusive investigation into the bidding processes at Niagara County Community College will air at 11 p.m. tonight.
Our investigation -- which centers on President James P. Klyczek's emails regarding the Niagara Falls Culinary Institute -- has already spurred action by government authorities.
The Niagara Gazette reported this morning that federal agents on Tuesday served Klyczek with a subpoena regarding the bidding processes at the culinary institute.
FBI spokeswoman Maureen Dempsey said she could not confirm nor deny an investigation, but sources told 7 Eyewitness News that they have been contacted by the FBI.
