In the theatre business, show week is always hectic. So many last minute details to attend to like costumes, props and sets. That all leads to opening night.

In so many ways Unique Productions is just like any other theatre company. And yet it's not.

Beth Geyer and Vienna Haak started Unique Theatre Productions to provide an opportunity for people with all levels of ability and disability. According to Geyer, who is directing the current production, "The people with disabilities always learn their lines faster than everybody else. It's magical."

The show is called "Face It" and it opens Thursday night at the Manny Fried Playhouse in the Great Arrow Building. Jacob Siracuse, who stars in the production, says you won't want to miss this one. "You're going to get a good laugh out of some parts of the show that I think are pretty funny."

More information about tickets and times at the Unique Productions' website.
