Cornell University officials say one of its students has passed away from complications from the swine flu. That student is being identified as 20-year-old Warren Schor. The school is also reporting a total of 520 probable cases of swine flu.

In a letter to students university officials urged sick students to remain in their rooms and to stay away from others until they are fever free for at least 24 hours. The students who fell ill with probable cases of swine flu are said to be doing well and recovering.
