Friday we're expected to learn what's in store for Buffalo this year.
Mayor Byron Brown will talk about his 2016 plan at his private State of the City event at the Buffalo Niagara Convention Center.
7 Eyewitness News anchor Jeff Russo reported earlier this week that one of the topics Brown will likely address is the possibility of a downtown grocery store.
Brown first discussed this proposal at his 2015 state of the city.
