Three people were arrested in Franklinville Monday when state troopers found a meth lab in a home.

Police say Daren Tingue Sr., 50, Daren Tingue Jr., 26, and Dlyn Tingue, 44, were manufacturing methamphetamine in the residence on Bakerstand Road with children in the house.

All three were charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance, unlawfully manufacturing methamphetamine, criminal possession of precursors of methamphetamine, endangering the welfare of a child and criminal possession of marijuana, according to officials.

State Police say the children, ages eight and four, were turned over to other family.

NYSP Contaminated Crime Scene Emergency Response Team secured the meth lab.

All three suspects are being held in Cattaraugus County Jail on $30,000 bail.
