Hamburg volunteer firefighters were able to stop an attic fire before it spread out of control.
The fire broke out just before 6 a.m. Wednesday in a home along the 2700 block of Cloverbank Road next to the Cloverbank Elementary School.
Fire officials said the small fire was isolated to the attic.
Everyone made it out safely.
The fire is under investigation by the cause and origin unit of the Hamburg Police Department.
A damage amount was not available. Town records show that the single family home is worth $55,800.
