Update: As of 11:30 p.m., the ramp has reopened.
Original story: A semi-trailer truck has tipped on its side on the I-190 off ramp.
The Route 5 eastbound ramp to the I-190 northbound is closed. The accident happened at 3:00 p.m. and the ramp may be closed for up to six hours.
