A school bus and minivan collided at the intersection of Woodlawn Avenue and Wohlers Avenue around 7:30 a.m. on Thursday.
The airbags on the minivan deployed, and a woman inside had to be cut out of the van by first responders. Children were on the school bus at the time of the crash. When a 7 Eyewitness News photographer arrived, they were receiving treatment from first responders while still on the bus.
The cause of the crash is under investigation, and the extent of the injuries to the woman in the minivan is unknown. It is unclear how many people were hurt. One child was transported from the scene.
