NIAGARA FALLS, NY (WKBW) -- The NYSDOT has begun construction on the LaSalle Expressway ramps in Niagara Falls, NY.
As a result, the follwoing ramps will be closed throughout the 2010 constructon season:
LaSalle Expressway Westbound Ramp to I-190 S
This ramp will be closed until November 2010. Motorists are advised to follow the posted detour:
LaSalle Expressway traffic shoud exit northbound on I-190 and exit at Niagara Falls Boulevard (US 62). Traffic will then turn left at the bottom of the ramp onto Niagara Falls Boulevard and follow signs to I-190 south.
Interstate 190 S Ramp to LaSalle Expressway Eastbound
This ramp will be closed until November 2010. Motorists are advised to follow the posted detour:
I-190 traffic should exit at Buffalo Avenue. Turn left at the bottom of the ramp on to Buffalo Avenue and follow signs to the LaSalle Expressway eastbound.
Buffalo Avenue to Interstate 190 N
This ramp will be closed until November 2010. Motorists are advised to follow the posted detour:
Traffic should follow the LaSalle Expressway eastbound and exit at 77th Street. Turn left at the bottom of the ramp and follow the LaSalle Expressway westbound to I-190 northbound.
