A Texas mom knew exactly what to do when her daughter ran to her with a blue face, and her quick thinking saved her child's life.
Jennifer Hull lived through every parent's worst nightmare. She had just given her one-year-old daughter veggie chips for a snack, when the little girl ran to her mom with a blue face.
Hull immediately sprung into action, and the entire thing was caught on her home's surveillance camera.
"I flipped her over and gave her some back blows and nothing happened. So I did the Heimlich, and right when I did it popped out!" she explained.
Hull credits her life-saving skills with an infant safety class that she and her husband had just taken. She said she took it never thinking she would have to put it into practice, but is thankful she knew what to do.
