The public will have a chance to watch the Carl Paladino versus Buffalo City School District Board of Education hearing but only a number of people will have the opportunity to actually attend the hearing in Albany.
Due to the large public interest, a viewing will be available for the public to watch via live feed from the hearing room.
Because there are limited seats available to the public in the room for the June 22 hearing, individuals who would like to request a seat in the hearing room must enter a lottery. Those who are interested must email JuneHearing@nysed.gov by 5 p.m. on June 14 to be entered in the lottery.
If you are granted a seat in the hearing room, you must arrive at the State Education Building by 8:30 a.m. each day of the hearing. It will start promptly at 9:00 a.m. each day.
