A new PSA, released by Sandy Hook Promise, is urging parents, teachers, students and staff to take action today, so they're not mourning another school shooting, tomorrow.

The video, called "Tomorrow's News", is a mock newscast where a reporter interviews police, students and parents about a school shooting that will happen the following day.

Thursday, December 14 marks five years since a gunman opened fire at Sandy Hook Elementary School in Newtown, Connecticut.

20 children, between the ages of six and seven years-old were killed.  Six adult staff members also lost their lives that day.

Sandy Hook Promise was founded by several family members who lost loved ones on that tragic day  in 2012. To learn more about the organization, click here.
