Police say a Randolph teenager damaged two police cars because he was upset police confiscated alcohol when they broke up an underage drinking party.

The Cattaraugus County Sheriff's Office was called to Low Banks Campground in the Town of Cold Spring Sunday around 1:15 a.m. to investigate an underage party.  When they got there, they say a number of underage kids were drinking, so police broke up the party and confiscated the alcohol.  As deputies were finding rides home for the kids, police say 18-year-old Nicholas Becker got upset at police, and smashed the window of a Seneca Nation Marshall's car, as well as the window of a sheriff's office K9 patrol car.  The sheriff's office says the K9 in the car at the time wasn't hurt.

Becker was arrested and charged with Felony Criminal Mischief and Recklessly Endangering Property.  He was taken to the Cattaraugus County Jail.
