Heavy police presence at 3 a.m. in Lackawanna was the result of a shooting at a party.
Lackawanna Police Captain Joseph Leo says the incident happened on Holland Avenue at the corner of McGuire Street where a man shot 15 rounds from Fowler Street at the party of about 150 people.
One man was shot in the back and taken to Erie County Medical Center to be treated for non-life threatening injuries, according to police.
Captain Leo says the victim was attending the party. It is still unknown where the suspect came from and why he was shooting at the people leaving the party.
