A Chautauqua County man is facing charges after police say he hit a seven-year-old in the face.
26-year-old Ronald Duman was arrested June 12th for 3rd Degree Assault and Endangering the Welfare of a Child. Police say while Duman was at his mother's house, he hit the child in the face, and it left a mark.
The child was treated at WCA Hospital in Jamestown. Duman was arraigned in the Town of Charlotte Court and remanded to the Chautauqua County Jail.
