A Wilson woman is facing drug charges after City of Tonawanda Police say they found her passed out in her car in a Tops parking lot.
Police say they found crack cocaine, heroin and hypodermic needles in Alyssa Pashong's car.
Officers say Pashong told them she "just smoked cracked and shot up with heroin" before they arrived.
Pashong was taken to the hospital because of her impairment.
The 25-year-old is charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance, criminal use of drug paraphernalia and possession of hypodermic instruments. She was issued an appearance ticket for her drug possession charge.
