Police say they arrested a suspected drug dealer after connecting him to drugs that left one person dead.

The Erie County Sheriff's Office arrested 29-year-old Miguel Parrilla, of Buffalo, March 22nd.  Police say multiple sources connected Parrilla to the drugs that caused an overdose death on Grand Island.

When he was arrested, police say Parrilla was in possession of heroin, crack cocaine, marijuana and Xanax pills.  They also found a scale with drug residue, tools to cut drugs, and plastic baggies.

Parilla is charged with three felonies, including criminal possession of controlled substance, criminal possession of a narcotic with intent to sell, and criminal possession of a narcotic drug.  He's also charged with a number of misdemeanors.

Police say Parilla was already out on bail for another drug-related arrest when he was arrested again.  He's being held in the Erie County Holding Center.
