New York State Police have arrested two people in two separate Western New York towns for selling alcohol to a minor.
Police say thirty-six-year-old Elizabeth Colkitt was arrested at Flipside Bar, located in the Town of Sheldon Friday for selling alcohol to a minor under 21-years-old.
Twenty-four-year-old Chad Winkelman was arrested at Louie's Lounge in the Village of Attica for also selling alcohol to an underage person, according to police.
Both Colkitt and Winkelman have been issued a reappearance ticket. Both are due back in court in May.
