A Niagara County woman is facing animal cruelty charges after State Police and the Niagara County SPCA searched her home.
A warrant was issued after evidence of dog neglect was reportedly witnessed at Mary Allesandro’s home in Royalton. The 59-year-old was arrested on Saturday and charged with animal cruelty, a misdemeanor.
She was arraigned and taken to the Niagara County Jail on $500 bail.
