A 63-year-old North Tonawanda man stands accused of molesting a 10-year-old boy over a period of six months.
Police were notified in April about alleged inappropriate actions of Philip Kohler and immediately began an investigation.
Detectives say they learned Kohler was involved in inappropriate with the boy over the last six months.
Based on evidence gathered, Kohler was arrested Tuesday and charged with second degree course of sexual conduct against a child and endangering the welfare of a child.
Kohler was also charged with second degree criminal contempt for allegedly violating a court order that prevents him from having contact with children.
He is being held pending arraignment.
