A Buffalo man is now charged with Second Degree Murder over a deadly shooting earlier this year.
Jermaine Watkins is accused of shooting Kelvin Alexander to death at a party on Genesee Street in March.
Investigators believe they got into an argument before the shooting.
Watkins is being held without bail.
