Four arrests over meth in one apartment building

Four people living in two apartments in the same building in Orleans County are accused of making meth.

On Thursday following a month-long investigation, four people were taken into custody at the Holley Hotel on Thomas Street.

Christopher Price, 28, and Samantha Jo Williams, 20, were living in Apt. D. Both are charged with second degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, second degree conspiracy, third degree unlawfully manufacturing methamphetamine, and criminal possession of precursors of methamphetamine.

Price was also charged with fifth degree criminal sale and possession of a controlled substance.

In Apt. G, Michael Parkinson, 31, and Angelica Hyer, 22, were both charged with second degree conspiracy. Parkinson was also charged with second degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, third degree unlawfully manufacturing methamphetamine, and criminal possession of precursors of methamphetamine.

Hyer was taken to the Orleans County Jail on $5,000 bail while the other three arrested were taken to the jail without bail.
