Philip M. Arcuri, 31, of Warsaw was arrested Friday afternoon following a property damage motor vehicle accident in the Town of Pavilion.
Arcuri failed to use his designated lane and moved from his lane unsafely, according to police.
Officials also say Arcuri had possession of an amount of heroin, an amount of marijuana, as well as criminally possessed a hypodermic instrument.
He's set to return to the Town of Pavilion Court on July 11.
