Police in Orchard Park have arrested two brothers accused of shoplifting.
Police responded to the Kohls Dept. Store on Amelia Drive Tuesday afternoon after the store's loss prevention identified a known shoplifter stealing a number of clothing items that he had tried on.
Police say David Smith hid the clothes under his own, and left without paying. He was then apprehended in the parking lot of the store along with his alleged accomplice Jesse Smith.
Nearly $500 in clothing items were recovered.
The two brothers are being held on bail.
David Smith is charged with Petit Larceny, Conspiracy, Criminal Possession of stolen property, and Resisting arrest.
Jesse Smith is charged with Conspiracy.
