Awaken your inner warrior!

Hybrid Ninja Fitness owner Patrick Hall is opened a second location in Lancaster, tailoring iconic 'American Ninja Warrior' obstacles to children and teens.

The gym is modeled after obstacles from the competition show 'American Ninja Warrior', offering things like warped walls, 'the bridge of destiny' and devil steps.

"Seeing kids go that extra mile and accomplish personal goals is so rewarding," says Hall, a two-time American Ninja Warrior contestant. Hall decided to open his children and teens only Lancaster location because his downtown location on Ellicott Street was hard to adapt for adults and children.

"Scaling the obstacles for the challenge adults need and the safety and size kids need was a lot of work," says Hall.

Kids anywhere from ages 4 to 16 go through challenging obstacles at the gym.

The popular television show challenges people to make it through a series of obstacles, testing balance, speed and strength.

The gym offers ninja fitness classes for all ages, birthday parties summer camps and after school programs.

The newest location is located at 2500 Commerce Pkwy. in Lancaster.
