A Niagara County man was flown to Erie County Medical Center, in critical condition, after he crashed, rolled and was thrown from his ATV.
Deputies say this all happened about 9:30 p.m. Wednesday, outside 9466 Rose Road in the Town of Hartland.
Investigators say 69-year-old Douglas Baldwin hit a trailer, hitched to an SUV, parked on the side of the road.
Deputies are still looking into what caused the crash.
Baldwin is in critical condition.
