A new traffic pattern begins Thursday in Buffalo as a part of the Skyway bridge deck rehabilitation project.
Temporary traffic signals are scheduled to be fully activated to three-color signals on Fuhrmann Boulevard in the city.
The traffic signals will be activated in the following locations:
- Fuhrmann Boulevard and Ohio Street
- Fuhrmann Boulevard and Tifft Street
- Fuhrmann Boulevard and the entrance to the Tifft Nature Preserve and Buffalo Harbor State Park
The Department of Transportation is reminding everyone that fines are doubled for speeding in work zones and convictions of two or more speeding violations in a work zones could result in the suspension of and individual's driver's license.
