The new SPCA building on Harlem Road in West Seneca is nearly finished.
The new facility is double the size of the old one in the Town of Tonawanda.
Crews are working to get the finishing touches on the ten-acre complex which includes a barn for farm animals and a special area for wildlife.
The SPCA plans to begin moving in next week and hopes to open by mid-April.
