Community leaders cut the ribbon Monday, opening up a new housing complex in Lackawanna.
The Ridgeway Commons complex on Ridge Road was built to provide affordable and accessible housing to the community. It offers 32 apartments for families and individuals as well as eight united for people with disabilities.
