For the second time in one year, a document has been field in court against LeSean McCoy -- the Buffalo Bills star running back.

McCoy is being accused of child abuse by his son's mother.  She's also defending McCoy's ex-girlfriend, Delicia Cordon.

In paperwork, Stephanie Maisonet says she "regrets ever helping McCoy."  She claims her son would come home with bruises and "cry hysterically whenever he had to spend time with LeSean McCoy."

Maisonet also writes, "I feel like I am sending our son to a monster every two weeks...LeSean should be held accountable for his actions."

In the paperwork, obtained by 7 Eyewitness News, Maisonet says she had to go through a friend to communicate with McCoy for years.  She said the day after Delicia Cordon's home invasion, McCoy wound up getting in touch with her directly rather than going through the friend.

Maisonet said McCoy spoke poorly of Cordon and tried to get her to be a character witness in an ongoing custody case.

McCoy posted on Instagram, "these allegations against me...regarding my relationship with my son are provably false, outrageously inaccurate and offensive."

The Buffalo Bills are yet to address these latest allegations.
