They have decked the halls at Kleinhans Music Hall and there is music in the air. No one is more excited about the holiday happenings around here than the maestro herself JoAnn Falletta. She says "the moment I hit the downbeat to Classical Christmas I'm in the holiday mood."
JoAnn's Classical Christmas is this Saturday night and will include all the favorite holiday tunes and a sing-a-long that JoAnn says will leave the audience "in the Christmas spirit."
The BPO is the official drop off for the Toys For Tots during their concert weekends and Sunday St. Nick will make an appearance at the Jinglebell Jam.
Next weekend John Morris Russell is back in the house to present four performances of the popular Holiday Pops Concert. This years concert will include a presentation of the Polar Express. The performance features the stunning illustrations from the book and the magnificent film score. WKBW-TV's own Mike Randall will narrate the story.
