Police are investigating after a man was killed unloading fencing from a semi trailer Tuesday. Eden Police tell 7 Eyewitness News 29-year-old Jason Ochterski was working for the trucking company YRC Freight when the load he was working with shifted, and he was pinned underneath.
Ochterski was making a delivery on Eckhardt Road in Eden at the time. A source tells us he has a young son. The Erie County Medical Examiner and New York State Police are investigating.
