Cheektowaga Police report a vehicle struck a man just after 1 a.m. Saturday morning.
The 63-year-old from West Seneca was crossing Clinton Street, near South Rossler Avenue, when a 2017 Jeep Compass, operated by a 20-year-old West Seneca female, traveling westbound on the street struck him.
He was pronounced dead at the scene, according to police. There are no charges currently.
An investigation is ongoing. Police ask anyone who witnessed the accident to call their Accident Investigation Unit at 686-3580.
