ATV driver dies at ECMC after crash

A man has died after an accident involving an ATV.
Niagara County Sheriff's Deputies say Douglas R. Baldwin, the operator of the ATV was involved in the accident on March 22. He had been treated at ECMC, but succumbed to his injuries.
The Niagara County Sheriff's Office Accident Investigation Unit is detailing this case.
