A Buffalo man is facing multiple charges, including criminally negligent homicide, following a deadly crash that brought a police chase to an end on Buffalo's east side.
Police say Kevon Walker, 28, faces charges of "manslaughter recklessly causes death - 2nd degree," "unlawful fleeing police officer - 1st degree," and "criminally negligent homicide."
This is all connected to the April 4 chase and crash that ended when police say Walker hit a building near Genesee and Bissell.
Passenger Keith Mixon, 26, of Buffalo died in the crash.
Because this was an officer-involved incident, the department's Internal Affairs Division is investigating the crash.
