The Chautauqua County Sheriff's Office has arrested a man in connection to the repeated use of a stolen credit card at the Dunkirk Home Depot.

Deputies initially received the report of the stolen card being used back on July 27, 2016. Deputies obtained an arrest warrant for 35-year-old John R. Tenamore on September 12. He was arraigned a week later. Investigators accused Tenamore of using the stolen card nine times at the same store, with purchases adding up to $2,818.16.

Tenamore was charged with one count of first-degree identity theft, nine counts of fourth-degree criminal possession of stolen property and nine counts of third-degree forgery. He was taken to Chautauqua County Jail on $25,000 cash bail or $50,000 property bond.
